- Advance Booking Requirement Deluxe services must be booked at least one (1) week in advance of the desired service date. We cannot guarantee availability for bookings made with less than one week’s notice.
- Full Payment RequirementTo confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Bookings will not be held or considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- No-shows or failure to provide access to the service location at the scheduled time will also result in forfeiture of payment.
- Modifications to BookingsRequests to modify the date or time of a Deluxe service booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to deny changes based on scheduling constraints.
- Acceptance of TermsBy booking a Deluxe service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
